Stop and preserve the facts
Do not repeat the transfer as a test. Save the transaction hash, selected network, sending account, destination address, asset, amount and exact time.
Check the transaction on-chain
Use the explorer for the network actually selected. Confirm whether the transaction is pending, failed or included, and verify that the destination shown on-chain matches the address you entered.
Identify who controls the destination
If the address belongs to an exchange or hosted service, contact its official support channel with the full record. If it belongs to a wallet you control, use only the wallet provider’s official documentation; never reveal a recovery phrase to someone offering help.
Avoid guaranteed-recovery claims
Some mismatched-network transfers may be technically accessible and others may not be. The outcome depends on address compatibility, asset contracts, key control and the receiving service. No third party can honestly guarantee recovery.
